That is disappointing. I used to use IMDB a lot. They have plenty of ads so I wonder if they just were not bringing in enough revenue.

I don't care to see ads, that is why I use NoScript.
I've used NS on the XP computer and put NS on this phone too

I heard of Ghostery(sp?) and took a look at it once but thought G was too complicated for me to use so I stayed with NS.

No I have not. It has been a while since I had a Windows machine. I try
not to use the internet too much on my phone.

I think You have used computers for the Internet way before I have.

I began with the C=64 in 1984 and first time on the net in 1996.

Not too much before then. I did have an internet email account in college 1988-93 and was able to do some ftp and telnet with it, too. I think I got
my bbs set up with usenet newsgroups around 1993 or 94. Most of my home internet experience until around 2001 or so was on a DOS machine.

It doesn't seem like that long ago, but it sure was! :O
