The September GTEC and GTES files will be released tonight as
GTEC0409.ARJ and GTES0409.ARJ.

Also, the GT Echo Descriptions List (GTED) file is up for a release in
October. Please let me know if you have any updates. It will probably
be release next weekend, or the week after that.
