• Apple II Stuff

I've never seen activity here in this echo so I figured I'd break the
silence. I'm a big Apple II fan, I've got a decently large collection of old Apple II software, mostly games. I've got four older Apple computers, an
Apple IIc, an Apple IIgs, and two Apple //e systems as well. I've got most
of them pretty tricked out with various mass storage devices, sound cards, modems, HDMI output cards, and fun stuff like that. I occasionally do some Twitch streaming with my Apple //e and it's enjoyable, although not too many people show up to watch. :) I'm also on the development team of 6502
Workshop where (as of this writing) we are wrapping up the final details of
our new Apple II game, Nox Archaist.

Anybody here interested in Apple II hardware and software?

I had a 2C myself and loved it (until it was stolen when I was stationed overseas - guess they thought it was a laptop).
I have a few books on creating circuit cards for the 2E for HO scale train tracks, but could never find one.

Do you have a link posted, or just asking here in general?

Well, that sucks, I'm sorry to hear that! The sad thing is that the thieves probably could never figure out what to do with it and it likely just ended
    up in the garbage. :(

Just asking here in general, just wanted to see if there were any Apple II
fans out there since this particular echo is generally very quiet.

I am. But I only use an emulator right now. I have been enjoying the book called The Illustrated Computer: 6502 which is helping me pursue the evasive bucket-list of building a game using machine language on apple2. I wish I had an Apple //gs. I picked the //e because at the time I was like 8, and mom took me to the computer store and they showed me the //gs first but it looked like a
girls computer. The //e looked way cooler. LOL stupid idiot kid.

Look me up Kailef - grymmjack on twitch/youtube/etc.

I remember the sounds on the //gs were so awesome. The startup sound and error
noises sounded real. We had them in school, and would load the control panel just to play the different noises.
