Yes! I loved playing around with it, but to have a local version, and
be able to use the terminal to telnet out, THAT would be something.
Separate topic, I had a little success using dosbox with a version of telix imported from a 3.5 floppy and a usb floppy drive... but other
than having an original early 90s pc with modem and a real landline,
seems like dosbox with a legacy terminal program and something like magicjack connected to a usmodem would be very nice. I've had only
minimal success with that method.

I've been able to connect very infrequently with little success using
usb modem and magic jack. I can't help but feel a real retro pc with
acard modem would do it better, but if I ever find any reliable method
for dialing I'll be happy.
