I need to remember to do these commands when calling here from the Geneve. I keep forgetting.

I'm getting pretty far along with a modified version of MyTerm that has a
phone dialer with the ability to add specific command strings for each BBS
    you call.

The next step is to add a "save" button for the phone dialer. I found a
quirky issue yesterday when typing in the fields for the phone dialer testing for error response, etc. Casual typing, perfect. If I go wild and start pressing all kinds of keys, then I get a limit on the field, but somehow, another routine thinks I fed it more characters.

Somewhere, I have an issue with interrupts I believe.

If you need another tester for your term program let me know. I'm always willing to be a guinea pig..

Right now, just trying to fix the issues I know exist. Once I get it to that point where I am not aware of anything of a problem, I will post it.

    Chris,

I am going to try this weekend to release an update to MyTerm. It will have
a new name, just not sure what at the moment.

The program is working nicely at 38.4K now with uploadling and downloading, I have added a Phone List, an interface to Xternal applications like an editor and disk manager, and some ansi character support.

It is not ANSI compliant so one can not select ANSI for a BBS option, but
those BBS's that display characters above character definition 127 will look much cleaner than before.

I've got another program's source code I am wanting to interface with the client and need to start tweaking it to add some intertask communication. I need that capability before I some other updates I want to do. If I make it
a standalone app versus embedded code, others can use the program as well.
Not really sure how many people would use it anyways as few are writing MDOS programs, but it would be there if someone wanted it.

    Anyways, later.

Sounds like you have made some good progress.
Can I get all the different RS232 pinouts you have mapped for handshaking, flow, etc. I have a project I am working on (hardware project) that it would be handing to help design the board for the different selection for standard, flow control, etc.

I have only used the original pinouts I posted some time ago on Atariage.
And even then, I am not sure my handshaking is right. I think it is close,
but something still doesn't seem quite right.
